In recognition of Trans Awareness Week – let’s gather together to celebrate the life and accomplishments of diversity and inclusion advocate Marni Panas, a shining example of the best of Alberta.
This public screening of our Queer History Month video story will include a Q&A with Marni herself following the video.
PLUS we have a special guest speaker from Skipping Stone Foundation in Calgary who will talk about current experiences and realities in the Province for Two-Spirit and Trans folks, the actions and supports available at Skipping Stone Foundation, and the vital role that connection and joy play in the continued fight that is being faced today.
